Snow arrived this weekend with a few roads closed in Cumbria and Christmas trees being sold at Whinlatter in the snow I think we can say winter has arrived. Here the setting sun spotlights Pillar (left) and Steeple (right) whilst the rest of the valley descends into the dark cold of nighttime.
