This image of Crag Fell was what greeted the Wild Ennerdale Adbvisory Group on the Thursday morning before a day spent walking 10 miles around the valley. Early September saw the Wild Ennerdale Advisory Group visit the valley for three days. This group is a technical working group made up of experts from a range of fields from around the UK. The Wild Ennerdale partnership first invited the Advisory Group to Ennerdale back in 2004. The aim of holding a second meeting in 2007 was to critically review the partnerships work so far and provide direction and identify issues for the next 3 to 5 years. . The group stayed at Low Gillerthwaite Field Centre which provide a very atmospheric and comfortable base for the groups discussions.
